Brian at the bar was the highlight of our work trip. There is nothing better than after a long day of people-ing than grabbing a drink and Brian’s service was outstandingly quick and my cup was never empty. Thanks Brian! I’ll be back tomorrow night after another long day.

Randy working the Starbucks bar was absolutely phenomenal! Friendly as can be and made a delicious coffee. Thank you! Customer service has been on point since we got her with the front desk as well, shower door is not a great design, but room and bathroom is clean and comfortable.

Early in my career I had a boss that was famous for his acquired wisdom. One of his firm rules was that you SLEEP in hotels and EAT in restaurants. What he meant was that restaurants don’t generally make great food. In most cases he was right. But he never ate at the bar at the Marriott Atlanta Alpharetta. But I did tonight. Chef Soto’s Local Mountain Trout Meunière with Risotto is the best fish plate I have eaten in a long life that includes visits to many great restaurants. Apparently this meal is done in a traditional French style and the Chef himself is French. I believe it! I am not good at describing exactly why a dish is so special, but I know it when I have it. I will just say a few things about it: 1) the trout was cut elegantly, served with a perfectly cooked skin side up, and was delicate, but flavorful enough to deserve the risotto on which it was settled. 2) the risotto would have been a fine meal by itself. Oyster mushrooms, spinach and Piment D’esplette (Basque red pepper). Perfect texture and creamy structure. 3) the presentation was beautiful. An almost sizzling black dish with vertical sides, the risotto and then the trout, and then topped with fresh herbs and flower petals. I will attach a picture but it won’t do it full justice because I already took bites before realizing I wanted to photo it, and because my camera isn’t good in low light. The price ($28) could have been more than doubled and it would still be a good value. If you live near Alpharetta you should consider this as a new dining option. If you are staying in this hotel you have no better option. And I also have to mention the cocktails are extremely well made by bartenders who actually care about how happy you are and how much you like their food and drinks. If Joe is bartending, you are extra fortunate. The spirits list is surprisingly extensive and includes hard to find bourbons, ryes and more. Excellent.

Rahsaan made our stay extra pleasant with his friendly and kind assistance. Hotel is beautiful, clean and well taken care of. Outside pool very refreshing and jacuzzi so relaxing. Water temperature is perfect in the two pools and the jacuzzi!! All staff is friendly and respectful. Will be back.

Great hotel. Clean and love the digital thermostats in the room. Rahsaan checked us in and I tell you this young man is on top of his game. He went above and beyond and made sure our room was feather-free with our allergies. He was so polite and a great gentleman that made us feel as if we were VIPs. Y'all keep him around. He makes your organization better no doubt.

Great stay at a fine hotel! Stayed one night as we were attending a concert nearby and wanted to lessen the driving stress. Perfect place - beautiful hotel with exceedingly friendly staff. Ashley at ck in was a rock star, so helpful! Both gents at the bar were also top notch - fast with our orders, happy to give advice on getting to/from the concert venue, and they even invited us to drop in for a nightcap after the show. The room was very large, absolutely quiet and the bed super comfy. Huge shower and spotless bathroom. Will def come back if we have concert plans in the future!

Brian at 19 North was amazing. He made the best dirty martini ever!!!!!!! Very friendly atmosphere. The bar was very clean and I will come back the first chance I get................................................................
